The 2019 Autumn USB-PD & Type-C Asia Expo is an event initiated by chongdiantou.com (sibling site of ChargerLAB) to promote the fast charging industry, which has been held for the 8th consecutive session. The latest show will be held on August 23, in Shenzhen, China.

Over the past three years, the USB PD & Type-C Industry Summit hosted by chongdiantou.com has attracted more than 1,000 enterprises and more than 10,000 engineers. We have been active in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, spare no effort to promote the application of USB PD fast charging the Chinese market, witnessing the vigorous development of the industrial chain.

Survey data shows that by 2019, the number of products with Type-C port is expected to reach 2 billion. The adoption rate of Type-C in laptops and desktops will reach 50%, with the rate in smartphones and tablets reaching 80%. So far, USB-C has found its application across automotive, consumer electronics, IT equipment, medical devices and various other sectors, making it more versatile and promising as compared to the conventional USB types.
