The AM EMPTINESS 40W Charger has a small ice cube shape with a dual-layer shell design. The black matte inner shell contrasts with the silver outer shell, creating a striking effect. The outer shell fits over the inner shell, with air gaps to keep it cool. This design helps with heat dissipation, allowing air to circulate. The charger has foldable prongs for easy storage and portability, and a single USB-C port with a maximum output of 20V/2A.

Unlike typical small cube chargers, which only use potting compound between the transformer and capacitors, the entirely PCBA module is filled with potting compound. This ensures better heat dissipation, transferring heat to the outer shell, which has a larger surface area for cooling. This results in a longer lifespan and better thermal balance during high-power charging.

The upcoming iPhone 16 series, expected to support 35W-40W fast charging, will work well with the EMPTINESS 40W Charger. It can charge the MacBook Air while in use without losing power. It is compatible with phones, tablets, and laptops.
