Schneider Electric Unveils OffGrid Portable Power Station: Sustainable, and Solar-Ready Power Anywhere
Schneider Electric has unveiled the OffGrid Portable Power Station, a versatile solution designed to provide reliable power for outdoor activities and emergency situations. The device is available in three models—PPS330, PPS500, and PPS730—with power outputs ranging from 300W to 700W and battery capacities between 332Wh and 738Wh.
The OffGrid Portable Power Station offers multiple recharging options, including AC outlets, car chargers, and optional solar panels. The optional solar panels, available in 100W and 200W models, feature monocrystalline cell technology with a 23% conversion efficiency, enabling users to harness solar energy effectively.
Designed with portability in mind, the power station is compact and lightweight. For example, the PPS330 model weighs approximately 3.3 kg (7.3 lbs). It includes various output ports such as USB-A, USB-C, AC sockets, DC ports, and wireless charging capabilities, allowing users to charge multiple devices simultaneously.
In terms of durability, the OffGrid Portable Power Station is constructed from 60% post-consumer recycled plastic and comes in 100% recyclable packaging. It also features an ambient LED light with an SOS mode for enhanced visibility during emergencies.
