Review of EHOM EP350 Portable Power Station
Introduction
LONCIN Universal Power Limited by Share Ltd (Shanghai Stock Code: 603766) was founded in 1993. It is a large private enterprise engaged in motorcycle, motorcycle engine, and general power machine production. Its products are sold in more than 100 countries and regions. With the improvement of environmental protection concepts, it has also begun to dabble in outdoor power stations.
ChargerLAB has previously tested the portable power station EP1650 and EP600 of EHOM. It performed well in terms of charging, discharging, and functionality. This time, we got another portable power station EP350 also from EHOM. Its battery capacity is 299Wh. The rated output power is 350W. It also adopts the LFP battery and bidirectional inverter. It features SpurFlux technology that can support a charging power of 700W. Next, let's do some tests to see how it performs.
Product Appearance
Appearance and Port
The box of the EHOM EP350 Portable Power Station is green and white. The logo of EHOM, 299Wh, and 350W is printed on the top of the front. And there are several selling points printed on the bottom.
Some specs info are printed on this side. Model is EP350-2. The battery capacity is 299Wh. The rated output power is 350W. The net weight is 5.2kg (11.46 pounds). The size of it is 259 x 151 x 223 mm (10.2 x 5.94 x 8.78 inches). The type of battery cell is LiFePO4 (LFP). The battery cell cycles: 4000 (≥80% SOC).
Open the box, the upper layer is the accessories box, which contains an AC power cord, a car charger, and some documents.
The power station is protected by foam on the top and bottom to prevent shaking and bumping during transportation.
The box contains the power station, a 1.9 m AC power cord, and a 1.5 m car charger.
The shell of EHOM EP350 is a family-style design with white as the main color and green as the auxiliary color. There are exposed nails on the four corners of both sides to prevent collision, while adding an industrial mechanical aesthetic. The brand logo "EHOM" and the words "POWERED BY LONCIN" are printed on the front.
There are two shiny metal strap buckles on the top of the EHOM EP350 Portable Power Station, and the length of the straps can be changed to accommodate both hand-held and shoulder-carrying methods.
It comes with a short shoulder strap. The wide shoulder strap and thick material allow the palm to be evenly stressed, making it easier and more comfortable to lift.
With its small size, it can be easily held by an adult man, and it is exceptionally stylish and sophisticated.
There are anti-slip mats at the four corners of the bottom to prevent sliding. The specs info are also pasted in the middle of the bottom. Model is EP350-2. The battery capacity is 299Wh (25.6V/11.7Ah). It can support AC input of 100~120V 50/60Hz 6A Max 300W Max. The DC input can be up to 12~30V 200W Max. The AC output is 120V 60Hz 2.9A 350W (700W Peak). The car outlet can support a charging power of up to 12.6V/10A 126W. The output power of a single USB-A port is 5V3, 9V2A, 12V1.5A, 18W, and the total output of two ports is 36W. The output power of USB-C1 port is 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, 20V5A, 100W. The output power of USB-C2 port is 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, 20V3.25A, 65W. The battery type is LFP.
The EP350 uses hexagonal stainless steel bolts on the outside and has a refined appearance. From top to bottom, the sides are a high-definition wide-angle anti-glare screen (the screen uses TrueSight patented technology, which can clearly display screen information under glaring sunlight), car charger output and USB output module, and a built-in microphone receiver to achieve basic voice control functions.
The TrueSight anti-glare screen can show the remaining power, input and output power, and available time. The difference between actual power and displayed power does not exceed 3W, and the error control is excellent. The brightness of the display can be adjusted from 0 to 100% by the APP. There is a main switch and a Bluetooth button below the display.
On the right side of the display is the DC output module, from top to bottom are two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, and a car charger port. Each port is protected by a dust-proof rubber plug. There is also a switch for the DC output module below. The car outlet supports 12V 10A 120W maximum output power, both the USB-C port and USB-A port are independent ports, the USB-C1 port supports 100W, the USB-C2 port supports 65W, and the USB-A port supports 18W.
There are asymmetric ventilation and heat dissipation vents on the top of the other side of the EHOM EP350, which can improve the internal air circulation efficiency, and there is also a baffle grille design. On the lower left side is an LED light strip with adjustable brightness, which can be controlled by independent buttons on the left, App, and voice control. On the right is the AC high power slot, which supports a maximum output of 350W, and the output power can be increased to 700W through the patented SpurFlux technology.
The dust-proof plastic cover below is equipped with a DC input port (solar/car charger), AC input port, overload protector, and grounding port inside. It can support input of 100~120V 50/60Hz.

Protocol Test
Next, we will test the protocols supported by the USB-A and USB-C ports.
The ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C shows the USB-C1 port can support FCP, SCP, AFC, QC3.0, SFCP, PD3.0, PPS, QC5, DCP, and Apple 2.4A charging protocols.
And it has five fixed PDOs of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V5A, and a set of PPS, which is 3.3-21V5A.
The ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C shows the USB-C2 port can support FCP, SCP, AFC, QC3.0, SFCP, PD3.0, PPS, QC5, DCP, and Apple 2.4A charging protocols.
And it has five fixed PDOs of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V3.25A, and a set of PPS, which is 3.3-21V3A.
The ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C shows the USB-A port can support FCP, AFC, QC3+, DCP, and Apple 2.4A charging protocols.
Compatibility Test
Next, let's see the charging compatibility of the USB-C and USB-A.
USB-C1(100W)
Use the USB-C1 port to charge the MacBook Pro16 M1 Max, ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C shows the power is about 20.05V 4.64A 93.12W.
From this chart, it can be seen that the voltage of most phones can reach about 9V, some models meet the PPS charging protocol. Tablets and game consoles can reach about 15V and 20V, compliant with PD 100W.
We have compiled the test results into a bar chart. The highest charging power is 93.12W of the MacBook Pro16 M1 Max. The second highest is the Red Magic 9S Pro+, which has a power of 86.9W. It is compatible with models that support the PD protocol, such as iPhone, Samsung, and Red Magic. It has a higher charging power for the iPhone 16 series, and the power of most other phones is in the power between 10-18W. It has no compatibility issues and can provide fast charging for most devices.
USB-C2(65W)
Use the USB-C2 port to charge the MacBook Pro16 M1 Max, ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C shows the power is about 19.83V 3.22A 63.87W.
From this chart, it can be seen that the voltage of most phones can reach about 9V, some models meet the PPS charging protocol. Tablets and game consoles can reach about 15V and 20V.
We have compiled the test results into a bar chart. The highest charging power is 63.65W of the MacBook Pro16 M1 Max. The second highest is the Huawei MateBook X Pro, which has a power of 62.22W. It is compatible with models that support the PD protocol. It has no compatibility issues and can provide fast charging for most devices.
USB-A(18W)
Use the USB-A port to charge the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C shows the power is about 8.12V 2.03A 16.47W.
From this chart, it can be seen that the voltage of most phones can reach about 5V and 9V.
We have compiled the test results into a bar chart. The highest charging power is 19.64W of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. OPPO and Meizu can both reach around 17W, while other models are between 5-15W.
Control by App
You can scan the QR code at the bottom of the power station to install the "LONCIN APP". After entering the APP, you can search and connect to the power station via Bluetooth to enter the control interface.
The upper part of the main page of the application shows the remaining battery capacity. Below are the outputs of each port and their switch sliders.
After entering the settings, you can make advanced settings such as charging power and standby time. It also supports OTA (Over-the-Air Technology).
Real-World Usage
Let’s take a look at the performance of the EHOM EP350 Portable Power Station.
For outdoor camping in summer, it is a great pleasure to have a can of iced drink. EHOM EP350 can meet the power needs of a small refrigerator. It can be powered by the car charger port to drive the refrigerator.
Output through the car charger port, the screen shows that the current output power is 47W.
In the thin air of high-altitude areas or during emergency rescue, a lack of oxygen can seriously endanger life, and oxygen cylinders or oxygen supply machines are also essential items for outdoor use. It can power the CPAP machine through the AC port.
Output through the AC port, the screen shows that the current output power is 57W.
Even if the whole family goes out for fun, there is no need to queue up to charge digital devices. It can charge multiple laptops, phones, and other smart devices at the same time.
It features SpurFlux technology. It can drive high-power electrical appliances with a nominal power output of up to 700W. When the rated power of the load is greater than the rated power of the portable power station, SpurFlux will intelligently reduce the output voltage to make the load operate in a non-full state, so as to prevent the power station from being overloaded.
The screen shows the output power is 508W at this time. In addition, it also has the EPS function. When it is connected to the power grid with a power cord while powering the device, the bypass mode will be triggered and the power grid will directly power the appliance. When the power grid fails, it can switch to power supply mode within 15ms.
It also supports the function of charging and discharging at the same time. As shown in the figure, when the power cord is connected, the AC output port can also be connected to the charger to charge the laptop.
The screen shows the output power is 101W and the input power is 400W.
Noise Test
It supports the QuiteQuiet technology. The noise when working is lower than the similar products. The fan speed can be adjusted according to the load to control the noise.
When the load of EHOM EP350 is 500W (the rated full load is 350W), the noise level is 50.4dB. Even when using high-power electrical appliances with a rated power exceeding 350W, the noise performance of the product is still excellent when working.
Charging Test
Input Ways
In addition to multiple output ways, it can also support multiple input ways.
First, it can be charged by the 110V socket. Using the included high-power power cord, the maximum input power can reach about 300W. It can be charged to 80% in 56 minutes and fully charged in about 75 minutes.
It also can be charged by the car charger. When the input is 13.5V 7.3A, the power is about 89W. Due to line loss, the actual input power is 84W.
Still charging through the car charger, when the input is 27V 8A, the power is about 197W. Due to line loss, the actual input power is 194W.
EP350 also supports solar charging, which can restore power anytime and anywhere in outdoor environments, providing users with a steady supply of green energy.
Full Charging Test
EHOM EP350 outdoor power supply supports 110V AC 300W input. We have charge it with the original high-power power cord and connected it to a BEICH CH2806 digital power meter to record charging data. The test results are as follows.
We plot the data into a curve to see how fast it can be charged. It can be charged to 50% in 35 mins, 80% in 56 mins, and 100% in 1 hour and 24 mins. The charging speed is the same as what it claims.
Discharging Test
Let it continue to output at 350W under 25°C (75℉) until the power is exhausted, and record the data. The test results are as follows.
It can be seen that when the power station continues to output for 2 mins, the remaining power is 50%. After 35 mins of output, the remaining power is 20%. And the remaining power is exhausted at 44 mins.
Temperature Test
Then, we are going to the temperature test. Let's see how the EHOM EP350 performs at room temperature of 25±2℃ after outputting at 350W AC mode for half an hour.
After continuous 350W output for 30 minutes, the maximum temperature at the air outlet is only 41.5°C (106.7 ℉). The air outlet feels warm to the touch, there is no overheating, and the temperature control is very good.
