Multiple Devices & High Power | Phoenix Contact Launched Phoespeed 100W GaN Charger
Have you ever thought that Phoenix Contact, a global market leader and innovator for electrification, networking, and automation, will one day launch a GaN charger? The Phoespeed 100W GaN charger launched by Phoenix Contact is made for users with multiple devices and high-power needs. It has 100W high-performance output, one USB-A and three USB-C ports, and uses a new generation of GaN technology to reduce both size and heat. It is truly an all-in-one charger.
It adopts the Angle design concept. The curved surface combines glossy and matte, making it full of futuristic.
The 100W GaN and "PHOENIX CONTACT" logos are printed on the side. It is equipped with folding prongs and supports 100-240V input.
Customers can choose any of its three USB-C ports to get the maximum output power of 100W, which is convenient. It has complete PDOs of 5V3A / 9V3A / 12V3A / 15V3A / 20V5A and also supports a set of PPS of 3.3-21V3A. Compatible with PD3.0, PD2.0, QC3.0, QC2.0, AFC, FCP, SCP, and APPLE2.4A protocols, whether it's mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, you will always find the suitable protocol for your device!
It has a built-in intelligent power distribution feature, which can automatically adjust the output power according to different charging situations. When charging multiple devices, the output power will be automatically adjusted to 100W, 65W + 30W, 65W + 22.5W, 45W + 30W + 20W, 45W + 30W + 10.5W + 10.5W, etc.
It adopts a new generation of GaN technology solution so that high-power and multiple ports can be combined into a small device. The size is only 73 x 69.5 x 32 mm (2.87 x 2.74 x 1.26 inches), and the power density is 0.62W/cm³ (0.038 in³). And thanks to the high frequency and high efficiency of GaN, it will not be too hot when charging with high-power and multiple devices.
The charger comes with a dual USB-C cable of the same color, and the 1.5m (4.92 ft) length makes using the phone more flexible when charging.
The E-Marker chip is used in the connector, which supports 20V5A 100W high-power transmission.
Summary of ChargerLAB
The Phoespeed 100W GaN charger has the feature of high-power and multiple ports at the same time, yet the size is only about the same as the traditional 65W charger. We believe that Phoenix Contact, a company with many years of technological accumulation in electrification, will definitely bring us a high-quality GaN charger.
