HFG610A-45: High-Efficiency Quasi-Resonant Flyback Regulator
The HFG610A-45 is a high-frequency quasi-resonant (QR) flyback regulator integrating a GaN FET, designed for high-efficiency and high-power-density applications such as AC/DC adapters, battery chargers, and power supplies.
It uses frequency foldback to maintain high efficiency across all load ranges, with power consumption as low as 30mW in standby mode. Its patented valley lock technology eliminates audible noise, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
The HFG610A-45 supports a wide VCC range, enabling USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) applications, and includes advanced protection features like over-voltage, under-voltage, short-circuit, and thermal shutdown safeguards, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Available in a small QFN 7mm x 7mm package, it delivers up to 60W in open-frame designs, making it perfect for high-performance, compact power supplies.
