Magic Fox 318W Modular PD Desktop Charger Quick Hands-On
Normally, a desktop charger is basically a flat AC/DC charger with a detachable power cord and multiple ports. For average consumers, the Anker PowerPort Atom PD 4 100W desktop charger is the most powerful desktop charger on the market right now.
But have you dreamed about multiple 100W USB-C ports in one set? If you do, follow us to take an advanced look at the Magic Fox 318W Modular PD Desktop Charger, which features three USB-C ports that can simultaneously output 100W at the same time.
The Magic Fox 318W Modular PD Desktop Charger is a DC/DC charger, which means you need a powerful AC/DC charger (e.g. gaming laptop charger) to do the AC to DC conversion, and then it split the power and distribute through its ports.
The charger features a red metal casing with an informative LCD on the side.
Four sets of ports, from left to right: USB-A (18W max), and three 1A1C sets each capable of 100W max.
All the USB-C ports support PD, Apple 2.4A, QC2.0, QC3.0, AFC, FCP, and SCP protocols.
The single USB-A on the left supports Apple 2.4A and QC2.0, QC3.0, and AFC protocols. while the rest support Apple 2.4A, QC2.0, QC3.0, AFC, FCP, and SCP protocols.

The rear of the charger. One the top from left to right: built-in fan, fan on/off control, power button; down below from left to right: DC input (12-24V), PD input, DC input (12-24V), and additional fan port.
Magic Fox recommends external heat dissipation methods when the total output power surpasses 100W.
We only have a modified 210W (19.5V/10.8A) power adapter form LG (below the Magic Fox), which certainly can't release the beast's full potential. But it just screams hardcore when it is all plugged and charging at the desktop.
