For iPhones丨mophie launched a speedport 30 1-port GaN wall charger (30W)
ChargerLAB has found that, in addition to the iPhone 13 mini, which has the smallest battery, all the rest of the iPhone 13 series is more than 20W, especially the iPhone 13 Pro Max, with the largest battery capacity. That is to say, the 20W charger is not quite enough, so a 30W charger is necessary.
As a strategic partner of Apple for many years, mophie has launched a portable 30W GaN wall charger for iPhone, which has passed Apple's certification and is now available in the Apple store.
It adopts a white and frosted fire-resistant shell, with compact size.
The glossy charger printed with the "mophie" logo and "30W, has a single USB-C port.
Its size is about 40.67 X 30.94 X 30.92 mm (1.60 X 1.21 X 1.21 inches), with the volume of 38.91cm³ (2.37 in³) and power density of about 0.77W/cm³.
The weight is about 48.8g (1.72oz), 56% smaller and 51% lighter than Apple 30W charger.
The ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM002C finds that it only supports PD3.0. And it also supports five fixed PDOs of 5V3A / 9V3A / 12V2.5A / 15V2A / 20V1.5A and two PPS of 3.3-11V3A / 3.3-16V2A.
When charging the iPhone 13 Pro Max, it triggers a handshake of 9V PDO with a power of 9.03V 2.92A 26.38W, reaching maximum output power of the phone.
When charging the iPad Air 5, it triggers a handshake of 15V PDO with a power of 14.98V 1.89A 28.45W, reaching maximum output power of the charger.
When charging the MacBook Pro 16, it triggers a handshake of 20V PDO with a power of 20.04V 1.43A 28.77W, reaching maximum output power of the charger.
