ChargerLAB POWER-Z C240 | Answers to User’s Feedback

As an affordable model, ChargerLAB POWER-Z C240 is designed to indicate all charging info on a single display, which makes it easy to use without pressing buttons. It is very suitable for non-professional users and supports up to 48V 6A 240W. So you can detect the charging information of almost all common mobile devices.

Recently, some users have reported that when comparing C240 with various testers (including POWER-Z KM003C, AK001, etc.), the test results vary greatly.
Here are answers to the user’s feedback:

1. As a cost–effective model, the voltage data of C240 is sampled through ADC and the current is sampled through differential sampling. Compared with professional testers, such as KM003C, the accuracy will be relatively lower;
2. The tester itself also has power consumption. It cannot be completely eliminated and will be reflected in test results;
3. The data refresh rates of different testers are different, so the data observed by users will also be different;
4. The calibration of the sampling chip is affected by environmental, which may cause slight deviations.

If you need a tester for professional purposes or have higher requirements for data accuracy, we strongly recommend you choose KM003C. We do apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding this has caused.
