AcBel Launched a 140W PD3.1 Adapter With a USB-C Charging Extension Cable
Introduction
On June 4, COMPUTEX 2024 was successfully held in Taipei, China, attracting many well-known companies to participate.
PD3.1, as the current charging protocol with strong compatibility, is suitable for many products and can bring a good fast charging experience. ChargerLAB this time discovered that AcBel launched a 140W PD3.1 adapter that comes with a USB-C charging extension cable.
Product Appearance
It is overall black. The case is made of PC material with a matte surface. AcBel's LOGO is engraved on the surface.
The AcBel 140W PD3.1 adapter uses GaN technology. The size of it is 102 x 55 x 34 mm (4.016 x 2.17 x 1.34 inches). The power density is as high as 1.12W/cm³, about 18.35W/in³. The charging efficiency is as high as 94.5%.
It can support 5V, 9V, 15V, 20V, and 28V, and is designed for PD3.1. It comes with a USB-C charging extension cable. It can charge devices such as laptops, tablets, and phones.
It can support input of 100-240V 50/60Hz 2.0A. And the charging power is 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/6.5A, and 28V/5A. The maximum output power is 140W. It complies with EMI EN55032 and RFI CLASS B standards. It also supports OVP, OCP, OTP, and SCP protections and complies with the latest IEC 62368-1 standard.
